Refund policy

We want returns and exchanges to be simple and clear. This policy applies to purchases made through ActiveLifestyleStitch and delivered within the contiguous United States.

30-Day Returns and Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after your order is delivered.

New and slightly used items, including opened items, are accepted. Returned products should include the parts and components supplied with the product.

Start a Return or Exchange

Email support@activelifestylestitch.com with your order number and a brief description of your request.

We will provide a prepaid return label, return instructions, and the return address. Please contact us before sending an item back.

Free Returns

Returns are free of charge. We do not charge return shipping or restocking fees.

Exchanges

Products may be exchanged for other products currently available for sale. Exchanges are subject to availability. Please contact customer service so we can assist with your exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or with a product issue, contact us within 7 days after delivery. Please include your order number and photos when available so we can assist you.

Refunds

You will receive your refund to the original payment method within 5 days after we receive the returned item.

If an order is returned to us, refused, or affected by an address issue, please contact customer service for assistance.

You may request cancellation before your order ships. If your order has already shipped, it must be handled through our return process.
